Dream Land review

Wonderful post here from Paul Goble’s informative Window on Eurasia blog, about the Ukrainian translation of Dream Land.

Sunday 18 May is the 70th anniversary of the Deportation of the Crimean Tatars. Seventy years on, questi0ns of homeland, citizenship, and the basic right of all people to live in peace in their own country, speak their own language and revive their culture, are very actual for Crimean Tatars as for many other peoples round the world. I continue to hope my book can contribute, in however small a way, to more understanding and resolution of these questions.
